Where should I send my photo?

Please email your photo to orders@pixelsphotoart.com and include your order number or request. It's the fastest way to get a response.

Do you send a proof before shipping?

Yes, we will send you a proof once your artwork is ready. You can approve it for shipment or request unlimited revisions before it is sent. Please note you have 24 hours time to request your revisions. Otherwise it will be printed and shipped as is.

I have a custom request. Can you help?

Yes! Whether you need photo editing or a custom portrait, we can help. Feel free to message us, and we will be happy to assist you.

How long does it take?

Our standard turnaround time is up to 3 days. During the holiday season, it may take up to 5 days. 24 hours delivery is available for a small fee. Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping. US orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days after dispatch, while international orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

Can I change my photo after placing the order?

We create your artwork based on the photo and details you send us. Once we begin working on your order, we are no longer able to switch to a different photo. If you would like artwork made from a new photo, a new order will be needed.
