Custom and personalised orders

Personalization is FREE on almost all products! Many color options are also available. Please message me your needs if you don't see it on the listing. If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all items. I also can add a graphic to the text. I will send you a draft of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item & upon request. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Processing is the time it takes for me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing & packing queue. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped. Depending on the item, my products are printed and shipped from Detroit, Pennsylvania or Los Angeles and also some from UK. All processing times are calculated using business days.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

I accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the custom-made nature of my products, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item at no cost if it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you receive the wrong item (photos required). I am not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are undeliverable due to address issues provided at checkout, including incomplete addresses, missing PO Boxes, or addresses that do not successfully validate with the carrier and are returned or lost in transit.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, I do offer 2 days and Overnight shipping for domestic (within USA) orders for mugs, blankets and leggings. Please note that there is an added cost in addition to the regular shipping charge. Also, please note that choosing expedited shipping does not speed up the processing time. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so plan accordingly.

Can I add expedited shipping after I place my order?

Yes, but it must be added within 24 hours of placing your order as during non busy seasons, I send orders in the same or next day. Please contact me first to make sure I haven’t sent the order in if you’ve placed an order and now want it expedited.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Do you offer Bulk or discounts?

I offer bulk or wholesale orders for Minimum 10 or more per order. To order bulk, message me and I will work out the best price for you.

Where do I send my photo?

If your order requires a photo, you can either email it to donnabbooi@gmail.com or send it here on messages by simply attaching it. Please send a clear photo. If photos are blurry or grainy, they won’t turn out well.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.
