When Can I Expect My Order?

ETSY Review " One Star. Beware. If you order a woman's shirt on this site you will find that the sizes sold do not conform in any way to sizes found in other women's polo shirts. I ordered a large size. It was in fact smaller than medium polo shirts sold by two name brand polo shirts ( Antigua & Talbot's). I sent Heidi photos comparing the shirt I received and the Antigua shirt. A second photo showed the size of the Antigua shirt. When I brought my concern to the attention of Heidi I was told " ..you ordered a large, received a large, no refund or replacement regardless of the size issue. When you order custom items you receive no refund if you are unhappy for any reason. In addition, they said we are not a shirt company and do not accept any responsibility for the sizes of the shits we sell.”. It seems odd that a company
