Stains must be treated immediately. Blot the stain with a paper towel or soft cloth "Don't rub" then apply a tiny amount of a mild soap to a clean cloth and dab it on the stain. Apply water to remove the soap. Repeat until the stain is gone

Vacuum by the lowest available setting
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight

Unfortunately my experience was not good on all fronts. The rug I ordered didn’t look like the imagery that was on the website and description wasn’t accurate regarding quality and design. The comms for my return was disappointing they were not helpful, not responsive and passive aggressive. It cost me 1/3 of the cost of the rug just to return it due to their ‘restocking fee’ delivery cost deduction and the cost of express return postage overseas to meet there delivery deadline of 2 weeks from date I asked for a return. I won’t be buying again.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for such behaviour. Our rugs are made of premium materials, and the design you received was exactly as advertised. We understand that some customers may have preferences leading to a return, and we gladly accept returns that meet our policy. All fees were communicated prior to your return to ensure transparency. Shipping a 25lb package back from Australia to Canada will undoubtedly involve significant costs; however, the responsibility for the return postage rests with the customer.
