Yes, I do accept payment plans. For custom jewelry with gold accents, the payment plan can be weekly or monthly. The minimum amount per payment is $100. Once the first payment is received, the ring will begin production and will be shipped within 3-5 days after receiving the full payment. We can hold your ring for up to 100 days. However, if for any reason the item is not fully paid, the store will retain 20% of the original down payment as a restocking fee, and the remainder will be refunded immediately.

If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help resolve any issues promptly. In case of quality issues, we support a full refund or exchange. However, for custom orders that are canceled and not related to product quality, there may be a need to pay a certain compensation fee, as each custom ring is unique.

My gosh, I am unbelievably happy with this ring! I bought it as my wedding band to match the rose gold peach sapphire engagement ring I have - I was worried about finding a ring which would really match well because of the soft pinky hues of my first. As you can see, they go together so well and the two metals are exactly the same colour (another worry I had.) Simon was SO lovely in making sure I have the information I needed, and I was surprised just how fast it shipped and arrived. By far my favourite thing is how the opals twinkle and bring out the pale blue of the aquamarine. I can't wait to wear this ring everyday. THANK YOU! You've made a very happy bride to be. 😍❤️❤️
