Customizable and easy to track from one month to the next. Years ago I had a book full of pages similar to this, but I couldn't find the book anywhere and most trackers are prefilled with symptoms. This is exactly what I needed for my perimenopausal self.

I appreciate the concept, design execution, and aesthetic. Overall makes it very easy for my pick ND self to use, which is a lot coming from me because I have a lot of opinions about this kind of stuff and had been hand-laying out less-satisfying templates for myself that I was restless and less than happy with. These are satisfying and comforting for me as well as extremely useful because they make it easy to think my experiences though and record things. 10/10 would recommend!
