If you like any item in the store, but you would like it in a different size, different color, or buy a set of several products - write to me about it.I can make some products according to your sketches or wishes. Also I have many kinds of different findings, I do not always have the capacity to indicate it in the listing. If you want to apply other material, color, size, please contact me in a personal conversation.

I do not recommend my items for young children (up to 5 years). Please consider this when buying jewelry as a gift for children! Products from polymer clay if dirty wipe with a damp cloth. You can not soak in sea water and placed in a aggressive environment (other household chemicals other than soap) can be cleaned with a damp brush. Do not keep in direct sunlight! Keep in a separate box! Avoid direct ingress of perfume and alcohol-containing liquids to products made of polymer clay and crystal resin.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your purchase will be packed in bubble wrap, a sturdy cardboard box and a parcel envelop (inside of which also a bubble wrap). You can also order gift wrapping. Contains: box, wood or paper filler, gift paper, jute cord, polymer clay decor.

If your package is lost in the mail, you can request a refund. A refund will be issued once I receive confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package has been lost. If the package has a “Delivered” status, no refund will be issued.

Express and regular shipping

Parcels are sent from the UK, by air. (Royal Mail). I use the International Standard shipping method, shipping time is 7-10 business days (may be more in reality), tracking is provided but not tracked. Claims for missing parcels are resolved after an official request to Royal Mail and receiving a response from them. This is the cheapest way of sending. The parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, no signature required. You can always choose the more expensive method - International Tracking. Delivery time 3-7 business days to Europe, rest of world 6-10 business days, full tracking. Additional charge of approximately $11. This option will appear in your shopping cart before you pay for your purchase.

Shipping to the EU from 1 July 2026

Starting July 1, 2026, the rules for importing packages into the European Union will change. I ship packages to most EU countries using the prepaid customs duties method (PDDP). The following EU countries—Hungary, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic—do not accept advance payment of customs duties (PDDP). Shipments to these countries are possible upon request, with the buyer paying all customs duties and any other fees in full upon receipt of the package. Just send me a private message. If a buyer from one of these countries does not receive the item and the package is returned to me, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund minus the costs I incurred to return this package.

Sipping in the Christmas season

Purchases made between November 15 and December 20, probably cannot be delivered to the USA and some other countries by Christmas. This is due to the many quantitys of holiday orders and postal workers do not have time to process mail. Keep this in mind when ordering Christmas gifts. Thank you!

Items returns or exchange

All items sizes are listed in the items description, please read this carefully and view all the photos. If you have any questions regarding the listing, I will be happy to answer them, use the "Message Selena" button. The item may be returned if it has not been used, is undamaged, and is in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping the package at their own expense to an address in the UK (I will provide additionally) After I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund and cancel the order. Item-for-item exchanges are not available. Once the returned item has been received and the order has been refunded and cancelled, you can place a new order for the item you would like.

SHIPPING to USA after 29 August 2025 and TARIFFS

From August 29, 2025, the minimum threshold for importing goods into the United States of $800 (de minimis) will be removed. This means that ALL goods, regardless of value, will be subject to import tariffs. Shipments via the International Standard or International Tracking service include prepaid customs duties (PDDP). The sender of the parcel pays the duties in advance. I send parcels via the Royal Mail, so the rate is minimal and included in item price. The paper invoice attached to the envelope will indicate the price of the item excluding tariffs and fees. Shipping costs, tariffs and postage costs will be indicated on the invoice as a separate line as "PDDP+Shipping total"). The recipient of the parcel does not pay anything else.

Logistics fee in Italy, France, Romania and a flat EU customs duty from 1 July 2026 for customers from the EU

Starting in 2026, additional logistics fee will be introduced for shipments to: Italy: an additional fee of €2 per shipment from October 1, 2026 France: Taxe sur les petits colis/ TPC of €2 -from March 1, 2026. applies to each classified HS code (not per parcel). Romania: an additional fee of €5 (25 Romanian lei) per package-from January 1, 2026. Starting from 1 July 2026 a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to parcels under €150 entering the EU- for each type of product and will be included in the shipping cost; payment is due in advance (PDDP). Additional fees for processing packages may also apply (charged by the recipient's country). They vary from country to country; I don't know the exact amount. May be delays at customs.

Orchid bead charm I made of polymer clay entirely by hand without the use of mold. The burgundy orchid is made of baked polymer clay, so it is not afraid of water. The orchid is dark, burgundy with purple veins on the petals. On the reverse side, the orchid has a pin with two loops (can be made without a pin, just a flower). You can attach the orchid to the comb or make a necklace as you wish. Also, the orchid can be easily glued to the metal base with glue that contains cyanoacrylate (for example, Gorillas), epoxy glue or E6000.

Please note: these beads I do not recommend to use for products in the technique of "wire wrap". You can not braid the bead with wire. The wire creates mechanical pressure on the petals and they can break.
