Welcome to [ISH COLLECTION]!

We're so glad you've stopped by! To make your shopping experience a breeze, we've outlined some helpful information below. Please take a peek before placing your order.

Sometimes things don't work out quite as planned. No worries! Here's what you need to know: • Unopened & Perfect Condition: We'd be happy to offer a full refund for unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them. Just send them back our way, and you'll get your money back (minus the return shipping cost and import custom charges). • Whoops! Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a return and get you a partial refund once we inspect the item. • Custom-Made Goodies: Since these are specially crafted for you, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition (think unopened boxes and unused items!), we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Just a heads up that the original shipping cost won't be refunded, and there's a 14-day window from your purchase date to request a refund.

The cost of getting your goodies to you is on us! Here's a breakdown for international orders: • Customs & Import Taxes: Heads up, international friends! buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. • Customs Delays: Sometimes customs can take a bit longer to process things. While we can't control these delays,we'll do our best to get your order on its way quickly!

Estimated Delivery Times (with DHL Express):

These are just estimates, but hopefully, your new treasures will arrive soon! • North America: 3-5 business days • Europe: 3-5 business days • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 1 week • Asia Pacific: 1 week • Latin America & Caribbean: 1 week • North Africa & Middle East: 1 week • Sub-Saharan Africa: 1 week Keep in mind that these are just estimates, and things like customs processing and busy shipping seasons can affect delivery times.

We try our best to show you the most accurate colors possible on our Shop. However, different screens can display colors a little differently.

Custom and personalized orders

Just a friendly reminder that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. We can't mark items as gifts to avoid these fees, and we recommend checking your local customs policies before purchasing.

The shipping was very fast. The gantlets were very nice and shiny. But one of the bolts fastening the glove to the gauntlet was a bit loose and eventually detached. Was not too difficult to fix though.
