Delivery policies
* Free delivery within the UK
* I will use UK Standard Royal Mail 1st class, myHermes, or another similar postal service of my choice to ship your item. My items are sent by registered mail and I may add tracking to my convenience.
* Insurance is optional for an additional charge (at cost by provider).
* I am not responsible for any loss / stolen and or damaged in transit. The buyer must claim these from the carrier themselves.
* All items will be well packed
* Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
* IMPORTANT: I SHIP TO your Etsy address unless otherwise requested. Please double-check that your Etsy address is correct! Any changes in the address are not possible once the item has been sent.
* Your order will be delivered approx within these time frames:
* UK 1-2 business days
* Europe: 5-10 business days
* Canada and USA: 10-25 business days
* *business days are: Monday – Friday
* Delays are possible during busy periods, especially around holidays
* Very important! Shipping outside of the UK:
* I'm sending all my items, a destination outside of the UK, with a tracking number. Once I ship your article, I will inform you of your tracking number so you can follow the package. Once the package leaves the country, it is possible it is not visible, but don't worry, it is still there, but most national posts are not connected in one system.
* As I use a tracking number, the postman will need your signature upon delivery.
* If you are not at home (or someone else) the postman will bring it back to the local post office and leave you a note that you have a package to be picked up at the post office. However the postman may forget this, so it is advisable you ask your local post office within 2-3 weeks as this is the normal duration they keep the package in their post office (around major holidays it could be less). If you don’t pick it up within that time frame, they will send it back to me as "Unclaimed".
* All prices quoted are not negotiable.
* Also given fixed prices and shipping costs are not negotiable. If you buy more articles at the same time, I will try to pack all of your items into one box and I will always calculate shipping costs as low as possible for you.
* To save the environment, I may re-use boxes and or envelopes, and re-used packing materials. Otherwise, I will buy as needed to give your item a careful packing for a safe journey to you.

All photos have been shot inside or outside with automatic settings on a Huawei P20 Pro using natural and or artificial lights, therefore please note the real colours may differ from the photos. Please contact me if you are not sure about an item's colour, which may be more light or dark in real.
Besides the object offered for sale, nothing else is included. I use decorative material and backgrounds around the object to make you some awesome enjoyable product photos as a description of the article.
