I ordered one of these a few weeks ago and unfortunately it was lost in the post- I messaged the shop owner and she sent a new one out straight away, she was so helpful and friendly- my new one arrived safely and I love it. It's sturdy and a great addition to my keys, it's so funky! The items from this shop are great, but the customer service is amazing too!!
