Custom and personalized orders

Please choose the file size and type before you add the item to your cart. Please copy and paste the list from the item details into the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout and include all of the required information. Please add the print order option to your cart in addition to the listing. A proof will be sent to you via Etsy conversation within 24-48 hours of purchase. Digital orders will be sent to the email linked to the customer's Etsy account. Orders are completed in the order they are received. Please purchase the rush order option if you need your item in a quicker time period. Printed orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Printed orders include standard white envelopes and free US Shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Printed orders are printed on standard 100lb card stock with a bright white finish. Inserts are printed on 80lb card stock. Message me for insert printing prices. If there is a gold digital effect on your invitation, chalkboard or other item - when printed there will be no texture on the paper. It is just a digital effect. Because colors may vary between your monitor and the actual printed product, we cannot be held responsible if you are unhappy with the printed product. All monitors display color differently. I can accommodate most wording and color changes at no additional cost. There will be an additional customization cost if you are changing the design of the invitation. Instant Download Items are not able to be edited.

Printing Your Digital Files

Digital prints equal print at your convenience and as many times as you want! No shipping fees and no waiting for an item to arrive. You can save on shipping costs and printing costs if you decide to print yourself. Print your digital files just like you would a photograph! Simply download the print to your computer (make sure you download it, and don't just save the preview image). You can then print it at home, send to a lab to have them printed, add to social media or create photo gifts. PAPER FINISH - When printing a chalkboard, choose a matte, luster, or a similar non-glossy finish. UPLOAD SPEED - Don’t choose the fast option because it will reduce the quality of the print since they are very large.

COLORS - Lighter colors (for the text) work best against a chalkboard background SIZES - You can print without effecting the quality if you print in the sizes listed below. Most of the Chalkboard Prints are 16”x20”. Look at the listing to see the size of the product and here are the sizes that go together. * 16”x20”, 8”x10” and 4”x5” * 18”x24" and 9”x12” * 24x36”, 22x33", 20x30", 18x27", 16x24", 14x21", 12x18", 10x15, 8x12", 6x9", and 4x6"

Printing Place Suggestions

JPEG FILES: * Prints of Love - If you plan to use a professional printer, I recommend Prints of Love. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes! Simply follow this link: https://printsoflove.com/ref/al-memorable-creations/ * Costco - Poster Prints or Poster Boards for birthday chalkboards. I suggest the Poster Board as it is thicker and make for a great display without having to use a frame. They also print invitations and provide envelopes as well. * One-hour photo labs - Sam’s Club, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc. Most of these places will print invitations, birthday chalkboards and other decor.

JPEG FILES: * mpix.com, vistaprint.com, shutterfly.com, tinyprints.com - you will have to wait for your order to come in the mail when ordering from these sites so make sure you order from the shop early! I suggest ordering your invitations from sites such as these so that you receive envelopes as well. Make sure you look for discount codes because these sites always have them! Vistaprint has entirely different sizing so you will need to add the Vistaprint add on for custom sizing with your order. PDF FILES: * Office supply stores such as Office Max/Office Depot, Staples, FedEx/Kinkos

What is the turnaround time?

A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours. Rush orders are available for within 5 or 12 hours. However, I love helping my customers out and I try to have digital proofs sent back of orders almost immediately following the order as long as I am home and time allows!

Any invitation sent with a back side with feature my logo to give credit to my shop. Once the first proof has been sent, no refunds will be given since you already have all of the work and it has been customized for you. If I do not receive your information to complete the order within 2 weeks, I will close out the order and no refund will be given unless requested within the 12 hour period.
