Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Home Delight Decors, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the goods arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases, we will always resolve the issue promptly.

We understand that shopping online can be difficult, as you cannot see or feel the product before purchasing. If you are unsure about the colour, shape, quality, or style of an item, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Returns Conditions

All claims for returns must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of goods.

If a return is authorised, the goods must be returned within 14 working days.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping.

For glass items, adequate insurance must be taken out by the buyer to cover shipping risks.

A completed returns documentation form (provided after approval) must be enclosed in the parcel so we can identify your return.

Please note: We cannot arrange collections or provide return labels for unwanted goods.

Fees & Refunds

A 10% restocking fee applies to all authorised returns.

Original postage costs are non-refundable. Even where items are listed as “free postage,” we do cover postage costs (typically £4.50–£8.50 per item, depending on the product). For example, an item priced at £20 with free postage includes approximately £15.50 for the item and £4.50 for postage.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Before proceeding with a return, please contact us first. We will explain all non-refundable fees in advance, allowing you to decide whether you wish to continue.

Please note that this item is handmade to order. As with all handcrafted products, minor variations or small imperfections in paint finish, welding, or metalwork may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect the structure, stability, or intended use of the product.

Such minor cosmetic variations are not considered faults and do not qualify for returns, replacements, or partial refunds.

Discounted Purchases

If a discount code, promotion, or reduced price is applied at checkout, the item is sold as approved at the time of purchase. For discounted orders, we do not offer replacements, partial refunds, or compensation for minor cosmetic imperfections related to the handmade nature of the product.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DPD or another reputable courier service.

Goods are shipped in detachable, easy-to-carry packaging for safer handling.

A valid phone number and email address are required for all international deliveries.

For countries outside the EU, customs clearance may be required. The buyer is fully responsible for arranging clearance in their own country.

We will provide all necessary documentation to assist with the clearance process.
