Each pet portrait painting is carefully done in watercolor on a heavy weight watercolor paper.

The sizes I've listed are all easy-to-frame sizes. However, if there's another size you would like, message me and I can give you price for that size!

Once you place your order, message me or email me (mallory@malloryhartart.com) several photos of your pet. Let me know which photo you would like as the main 'pose' to be painted, and if you don't know, I can help you decide. I recommend sending at least 5 photos, but the more the better. These additional photos give me a better idea of the coloring, markings, and personality of your pet! If you don't have 5 photos, send me what you do have and I can work with that!

I generally pick a background color and value that I feel will complement the animal the best, but if you have any special requests, please let me know!

Once you've placed your order and sent over photos, I will be in touch! I will make sure we're on the same page abut any special requests you may have. I'll do an initial drawing and send it to you for approval before I begin painting. Once I begin painting, my turn around time is generally 2-3 weeks. However, if there is a particular date you need it by, please let me know so I can accommodate that!
