All decals are removable but not reusable.

*There is no tracking on items mailed with the free shipping option (they are mailed using a stamp). If you want tracking you must pay for one of the upgraded forms of shipping available during checkout.

USPS is experiencing delays and it may take up to 14 business days for your item to arrive. We have no control over shipment after it has left up. Per store policy, reprints will not be issued prior to this 14 business day period.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the personalized nature of my work, no refunds or replacements will be offered unless a mistake is made during the product's construction. Such a mistake would be a different size, color, or letter shipped other than what is stated on the order.
