The files do not appear on my machine

When the file is in a folder, just copy the file to your machine, not the folder.

I Purchased the wrong digital item, can I be refunded?

Due to the intangible nature of the item you cannot be refunded, but if ever you purchased a file with the wrong machine file format I can still send you the file with the correct file format in the case where the item is available in my shop.
