How long do the delivery and production take?

1.About delivery: Standard delivery takes somewhere around: 7 business days to Europe 10 business days to the US and Canada 15-20 business days to Australia and New Zealand There is Express shipping as well. It takes 2-4 business days. For more information you can contact us or you can add on your order, choosing from EXPRESS SHIPPING SECTION. 2.The production will take 3-6 business days. If you order sign with standard shipping you have order 3 or 4 weeks before you want to have it. Around Christmas time, Easter time, Public holidays and some special occasions all standard deliveries will not be as mentioned above.

Custom and personalised orders

A custom order includes any personalised items (names, special words, requested fonts etc.) Important to inform us about: *The size you are interested in * The font you are interested in. * If you need freestanding sign or for wall decor. * What finish you are interested in. Most of our items are made to order and can't be exchanged or returned. Size details The size of each item is written in the description below or in a drawing in one of the pictures. When asking for custom sized items, please, specify the measuring units (inches, centimeters).

Yes, you can make changes to your order, but once your order is processed and goes to production no more changes could be made. Please take into account that your order is put on hold until all items are clarified.

Please keep the damaged items in case I asked to send them to the shipping company for proof of damage. 3. Depending on how soon you want your replacement sign, I might be able to resend it to you. I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue, but the reality is, if you need your item in less than 15 business days, any replacement I send may not arrive on time, specially personalised favourites. I will inform you what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance or accept a refund.

If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and / or send replacements.
