Are the stones Natural?

Yes, all the gemstones in my shop are natural untreated gemstones, unless very clearly specified otherwise. I personally travel the world to hand select all of my gems from their source and as a qualified Gemmologist (FGAA) I can ensure they are all as nature intended.

All bracelets are hand made in my workshop in Warrandyte, Victoria. I make all my bracelets 18cm long or just over depending on how the beads align on the strand. If you would like a custom size larger than 18cm for any of my bracelets, please feel free to send me a message BEFORE purchase with your wrist size and I'll happily provide you with a quote. Please note I no longer make bracelets smaller than 18cm size for online orders, if you would like a smaller size you will need to come visit me in Warrandyte.

Will this bracelet fit me?

To see if this bracelet will fit comfortably you need to measure your wrist where you would like your bracelet to sit, then add 10-15 mm to that measurement for a medium fit. Finding a good bracelet size is more of a range rather than an exact figure, so if a item is within 5 mm or so then it should still wear quite comfortably. If you are still unsure please feel free to send me a message with your wrist size and I'll assist you from there.

Domestic Australian Shipping

Many of the items purchased in our shop free ship Australia wide with tracking for fellow Aussies. You will receive relevant tacking details attached to your shipping notification from Etsy once your package is in transit on its way to you. Express Shipping is available to purchase as a shipping upgrade if you would like to receive your items sooner rather than later.

International Shipping

At this point in time I am not offering international shipping, apologies for the inconvenience.

In a effort to be a little more environmentally friendly I no longer print invoices to ship with each order. If you would specifically like a invoice shipped within your parcel please feel free to leave a note in the 'notes to seller' section of your order at the etsy checkout requesting so. Alternatively once your order is placed you can print one simple by following the link under 'purchases and reviews'in Your Etsy profile.

The bead size stated in each listing is approximate; I measure by sight with a ruler, not with callipers, so the size stated is to the closest millimeter I can see with the naked eye it is not a precise measurement.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You can expect to receive items purchased in my shop wrapped in coloured tissue paper adorned with a pretty sticker (see last photo in each listing for an idea) and sealed within a bubble wrap padded envelope. An information card on each gemstone along with a jewellery care card (where applicable) is also enclosed with each package.
