If you want to send this jewel as a gift, you could write the address of your Friend, Mother, Beloved one and we'll ship it straight to her. If you want to add your own words, wishes and greetings please write it in a message and we'll write it down on a beautiful greeting card and send it with your present!

We know you love your jewellery but try not to wear it 24-7 as this will reduce a life of your piece. Put your jewellery on after applying hair products, hand and body creams, perfume and make-up. Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.Remove rings when washing your hands and avoid swimming and bathing while wearing jewellery. All jewellery should be removed when engaging with activities such as sport and houseworks. We also recommend you put on jewellery last when dressing and take off first when undressing as well as we highly recommend to remove jewellery before going to sleep.

Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Bohemian Summer Tales will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

Delivery from Greece to Europe with standard shipping(Hellenic Post) is now taking 3-15 days. All orders to the United States are shipped with 5-15 days delivery time. And delivery to the rest of the world is taking 5-15 working days. Express courier shipping is also available worldwide with 3-8 days delivery time. Please note: Postal estimates are a guideline and not a guarantee of arrival time as nothing is an absolute when it comes to the postal system, and shipping can go over the estimates. Shipping estimates do not take into consideration inclement weather, transport break downs, holidays season and other factors that could cause delivery delays.

Returns and exchange details

REFUND POLICY Our jewelry is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns. When an item arrives damaged or its not as described, returns are accepted, under the following conditions: ✧ You must notify me within 3 days of receipt that you will be making a return. I will not accept returns after this time. ✧ The parcel must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is to pay return shipping. ✧ The item must be returned in new condition and its original packaging. Your refund will be issued as soon as the package reaches me. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was sent) I will refund you the whole amount for the order in full.

Import Duties and Taxes

All orders are shipped from Greece. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. By exception, all USA orders are delivered Duty Paid (DDP). NO TARIFFS - NO CUSTOMS DUTY If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or customs charges, any return may be subject to review. Please note that shipping costs and any customs-related charges are non-refundable.

For orders who do have a tracking number and for some reason do not arrive on time or have no updates on their shipping status we have the following options: 1. If we have no progress on the status of your parcel I can open a file on my post office at the due date in order to find out what happened to your order and refund your money depending on the results. 2. In order a parcel to be announced as lost we have to wait 30 days since due delivery date and then refund your money if we have no further news. In the meantime if the parcel arrives to your address and you no longer want it, you just deny to receive it and ask from your post office to return to sender. The moment I take it in my hands I will refund your money.

BohemianSummerTales designs contain small component parts such as charms, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. As a result, jewelry from Bohemian Summer Tales should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool or bed, and it should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. Please keep your little ones safe!

All metals except gold naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturisers, hairspray, soaps and perspiration. These are obviously a fact of life so regular cleaning will help keep your jewels sparkling. Tarnishing is a non permanent, chemical change in the surface of metal which darkens and dulls over time. It will eventually happen , changing the colour from bright white, through yellow, then to brown and eventually dark. Pollution, contact with chemicals and some skin types will increase the chances of tarnishing happening quickly. It’s difficult to avoid tarnish, but luckily it could be removed. As tarnishing is a natural process you can either except it as part of the ageing process

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, including the standard cost of delivery where required by applicable law. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with our return instructions. Personalized Jewelry , Custom-Made Products or Discounted and Clearance Items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Bohemian Summer Tales.
