After making a purchase on Etsy, you will receive an email with a download link sent to your registered email address on Etsy. To access your orders, simply sign in to your Etsy account and go to "Purchases and reviews" in the "Your account" section.

If you can't find an order on your Purchases page, you may have checked out with a different Etsy account, or checked out as a guest. Check your email for an order confirmation from transaction@etsy.com. If you can’t find look in your spam and trash and then check any other email accounts you could have used.

Note that the Download Files button may be grayed out if your payment is still processing. E-check payments may take a few days to clear. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

At the moment, it is not possible to download a digital purchase using the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy using your mobile browser or computer.

Upon purchasing an editable template through Corjl, you will receive a PDF containing instructions on how to access it.

Please note that there are two ways to access your purchased templates:

1. You will receive an email from Corjl after purchasing, which contains a link to log in and access your template. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. Keep in mind that this email is sent to your registered e-mail address on Etsy.

2. Alternatively, visit http://corjl.com/orders and enter your order ID from your Etsy receipt to log in and access your order.

If you used Apple Pay and selected the "Hide My Email" feature, we cannot send the order email to your email address. Instead, we receive a "dummy" email address.

Please message me on Etsy and provide a valid email address. Once we have your email address, we can resend the order to you.

Yes, you can make basic edits using a mobile device. This includes modifying text, repositioning objects, replacing images, and downloading files using a phone or handheld device. However, if you need to adjust text size, color, or style, you will require a desktop or laptop computer.

After making your edits and saving the changes, the next step is to download your design. Just click on the Download icon located on the left panel. The downloaded file will be saved in your computer's downloads folder or the designated location for downloads. Once you have the file on your computer, you can proceed to print it directly by selecting the file and choosing File > Print. Alternatively, you can take the file to a local print shop for printing.

The Corjl template has an expiration date specified in the listing description. Please be aware that there is a maximum download limit for editable template purchases (see listing description for details).

You can make unlimited edits to the template until you're satisfied with the design. Remember to save your changes and download the final revised version when ready to print.

If you need additional downloads beyond the limit, please contact us with the details, and we will assess if we can accommodate your request or if an additional purchase is required.
