Why is cancellation period only 1 day and lamps can't be returned?

For in stock lamps, most items require substantial time and materials to carefully pack for safe shipment. For custom made lamps, parts need to be fabricated or ordered. Lamp Revival cannot accept cancelations after these processes begin, usually the day after receipt of order. Also, outbound and return shipping costs preclude returns and exchanges. Custom made lamps are built to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I be sure that the delivered product will meet my expectations?

51 5-Star reviews out a total of 52 reviews assure you that you will get the product that was promised. 8 to 10 close up photos with an honest description of the lamp's highlights and flaws tell you what to expect. I have never had a buyer that was less than completely satisfied with my products and service. Speedy replies to inquiries and additional photos are always available on request.

Why is shipping cost so expensive?

Many lamps weigh 10 to 20 pounds or require 20- or 30-inch cartons. Shipping to the West Coast from Maine often adds a 50% or more freight charge. However, I try to price lamps as low as possible to give the buyer a great value for a unique product even with the added shipping charge.
