All toe rings have an adjustable band. Just pull open band to slip it on and push band back together to adjust to fit. I list the ring size range that I think would be comfortable; however, I can't guarantee that each ring will fit your unique-sized toe.

Adjustable Rings: you only need one measurement - exactly where you plan to put the ring. 1) Take a piece of string or floss and wrap it around the area where you will place the ring, 2) Mark the overlap with a pen so you have two marks showing on the string, 3) Use the millimeter side of a ruler and measure the distance between the two marks, 4) 40mm = size 1, 41mm = 1.5, 42mm = 2, 43mm = 2, etc.

All real sterling silver jewelry tarnishes. The more you wear it, the less chance you will see any tarnish. Body oils and use keep the oxidation away.
If you store your item for a long time, without any handling, it will start to oxidize. As with any sterling silver jewelry, you just need to keep it cleaned and polished.
Tip: Keep the ziplock bag that your ring is delivered in. Store your ring in this bag in your jewelry box when not in use. This will prevent tarnish if you wear it seasonally.

The majority of my customers are women so my rings are sized to fit smaller toes. Each listing has an approximate size to help you determine if it best fits your toe size. Men may find a few rings that will fit their second toe. Men typically wear between a 5 and 7. Some of my adjustable rings will open up to a 4.5 comfortably. However, you can read my instructions on how to measure for an adjustable ring above and may find that some of my rings will fit. If not, please see my return policy below.

Please contact me immediately. I take pride in shipping my orders the same day. If you receive an email stating your item has shipped, I will be taking it to USPS almost immediately after.

If the item is already in possession of USPS, the only thing you can do is to see if the item gets forwarded or returned. If it gets returned to me, I will refund the item (not the shipping) to you. If you still want the item, just place a new order with the correct address.

If I am able to prevent shipment, I will refund the item and shipping back to you. I am not able to update your address. Once the refund goes through, just place a new order with the correct address.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back in NEW/ UNUSED condition in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping. I can send you a return label. Once I receive the item, I will deduct the shipping from your refund.

I process "exchanges" like "refunds". If you would like to "exchange", just place another order. I will refund your original item as described above.

If an item is defective, I will request good photos and/or send you a shipping label to return it to me to investigate. I cannot issue a refund unless I can see what happened to the item in question. Please don't throw it away and then contact me. I am not responsible for lost items.

I am not able to accept any Custom or Personalized orders. Maybe one day!
However, I do take suggestions or recommendations. I keep a list of special requests like designs, colors, and sizes.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. Since I only store small batches, they don't sit around in my inventory for long periods of time. I also polish them before shipping them to you. Don't confuse black tarnish with green.

Some of my designs have a black jeweler's paste to give it dimension. It should not touch your skin since I clean and polish both sides but it is possible.

What about Green? It's improbable but not impossible. Green appears usually with copper. I do buy "Rose Gold" plated metal for certain rings. Copper is what gives the "Rose" color. When the surface starts to wear away, the copper can be exposed. Some people react to Cooper.

Check to make sure the address you used is correct. If not, wait a few days to see if the tracking shows it being returned to sender. If so, let me know.

My address is correct and the package shows delivered. I often see this in apartments or neighborhoods that share mailboxes. Often times, USPS delivered it to your neighbor. Check with neighbors or your apartment office. Sometimes you have to ask a few times, especially the apartment office. Sometimes the package will just show up! Check tracking in a few days to see if it is being sent back to Sender.

You can fill out a "Missing Mail" form online with USPS. If you suspect theft, you can file a complaint with the police and USPS. Some locations use GPS to determine delivery location.

My standard packaging is a drawstring bag inside a personalized corrugated shipper.

By marking your toe ring order as a "gift", it will be packaged normally and the packing slip will NOT show the price of the items when mailed. You can also enter your own message that I will include in the package.

I don’t offer gift wrap because my standard packaging already has the appearance of a gift.

A Community Style mailbox is one that touches another mailbox to make it easier to USPS to deliver. USPS seems to have a difficult time delivering to mailboxes this way. It improves their speed but not their accuracy.

If your address has an apartment, suite, or PO Box number, I try to write this on the label in bold marker to help the folks at USPS out. If you live in a neighborhood with a community style mailbox, which makes it less obvious to me, feel free to point this out in the notes section of your order. I'll write your street number on the box too! It can only help.
