When will my item arrive?

An estimated ship date can be found under each individual listing. This is an accurate estimate, however it does not cover mail carrier delays which are out of our control. When bundling more than one item, your ship date extends to the longest item. Purchase items separately if you need something sooner.

What shipping method should I select?

You have the option to select your preferred shipping method at check out. While it is the least expensive option, USPS First Class Mail does NOT provide insurance on your package. Should it be lost, stolen or misdelivered, no replacements or refunds can be offered. Consider upgrading to Priority Mail or above for more reliable and safe delivery.

Can I return my item?

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our collection, we have a no return or exchange policy. Should there be a problem with your order, we are happy to help fix the issue. Please contact us via Etsy Message.

Can I cancel my order?

We have a no cancellation policy. No exceptions. Please take your time to read all estimated arrival times, descriptions & prices prior to purchasing. Once your order is placed it is immediately sent into our production timeline and cannot be cancelled.

What size should I order?

We use unisex men's sweatshirts as the base for most of our items. When ordering tie-dye, they are pre-shrunk through the tie-dye process. We ALWAYS suggest sizing up for a more cozy, oversized fit. Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

When ordering to different locations, you must place the orders separately, completing the check out steps & shipping details for each location individually.

Will my personalization be printed (iron-on) or embroidered?

Each item description will clearly state the type of personalization you will receive. Iron-on/print will be described as such, while embroidery will be clearly described as "embroidery" or "stitch" in the listing title & full description. Please reach out to us via Etsy Message if you have any questions before ordering!

IT'S TIE-DYE!

Each robe is handmade to order. Due to the nature of tie-dye, expect variations in patterns and color tones, as dye lot variation is a natural part of the tie-dye process. Items will be similar but not identical. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

WASHING & CARE:

Our pieces are pre-washed during our tie-dye process. However, we suggest washing them alone in cold water for their first at-home cleaning. In some instances darker dyes do transfer onto lighter colors until they have been washed & broken in. Like your favorite vintage t-shirt, hand made tie-dye does fade in with wash and wear. Washing in cold water with minimal detergent will prolong the color life of your robe.

All of our products are hand-made just for you with an attention to quality. Although we strive to ship orders as early as possible, please note the Estimated Delivery Date provided on the listing when you order. This is the best representation of the time frame you will be receiving your custom BFFS & BABES pieces!

Mistakes happen so please double check your shipping address for accuracy. Unfortunately, if you enter your shipping address incorrectly, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the returned item to you. No cancellations.

I’ve had this in my cart for awhile and glad I finally purchased it! Im 8 months pregnant and bought this to take with me to the hospital and also to use after. I bought the L/one size fits all bc I love the way a hotel robe fits. It’s not as big as those though. Really cozy and the colors are vibrant. I followed the directions and washed and dried before using so the colors would run.
