Easy to care for - gentle wash, line dry. I like putting my inserts inside of a delicates bag before placing into the washing machine.

For best fit, trim to size by using the thin layer removable foot base of your shoes as a pattern. After trimming, reinsert your foot base and place the alpaca insert on top of it. They will conform to create a perfect fit over time.

Help with sizing. . . Size Large (Men's 10 - 13) and X-Large (Men's 13 - 15).

Typically, if a woman's wears a size 9 - 9-1/2, then you would use the Large. If a woman wears a size 10 or up, then the X-Large would be ideal. One of the best features about this insert is it can be trimmed to fit any size as long as the insert is larger than the shoe size needed.
