We do our best to ensure that your party decorations reach you safely and happily, however we can only control factors that we actually handle. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel that this could be a problem, please let us know and we will require a signature upon delivery to make sure its you and only you who gets the goodies.

We do run special monthly promotions for our followers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Each promotion is released mid month and a code is sent to our followers!

We are a small handcrafted company and as such we cannot fulfill any requests for free samples for promotions, testing, or fundraisers. Building a company as well as working full time takes a great deal of time and effort; so my time is dedicated to creating products that people love rather than answering solicitations.

What If My Package Is Delayed Or Does Not Arrive On Time

We are only responsible for your order while we have possession of it. Once the items are shipped, any delays in the shipping process should be taken up with the shipping carrier. We use USPS to ship all of our orders. A tracking number is provided with each order so that you can track the progress of your package and use it as a reference if there are any problems with the delivery of your order. We do try and keep an eye on all completed orders to keep a look out for any problems; if we see a problem we will notify you, but it is ultimately your responsibility to track the progress of your order and contact USPS to resolve any issues. If you need to contact USPS you may call their customer service at 1-800-275-8777

Custom and personalized orders

We do accept custom orders on a limited basis. Substitutions in color are usually readily available, but are limited to our current stock. Fully customized orders will be charged an initial custom order fee of $15-45 depending on the amount of time required for the design. The fee will include a custom design and two proofs; one for the initial assessment and the second for final approval. Any additional proofs requested will be an additional fee of $5. All custom orders are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations on the orders. Prices for custom orders depend entirely on the order and quotes may vary from final pricing.
