Is the price on the website for single strand only, or for multiple stands?

Unless specified on the product page, the price shown in the our shop is the price per strand, or per piece for pendant.

Wholesale availability

We are a direct importer of beads and gemstone. We import beads directly from the manufacturers. We then break up case lots to distribute wholesale. Our prices are wholesale prices but if you need bulk pricing or have questions on a specific product please message us and we can let you know more details.

In the description, we try to be as accurate as possible with the bead size and the length of the strands, size of charms and pendants, however, we nor the manufacturer cannot control these in every batch or shipment. These are all approximate in size.

When orders are received, we pack them with the utmost care to insure that the items are not damaged on route to the receivers destination. But as always, we cannot guarantee what can happen on the way so we highly recommend that customers upgrade to PRIORITY MAIL which comes with a $100 insurance.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping.

Gold, 18K Gold, Platinum, Silver Plated Items

All of our plated items are slow tarnish and suitable for everyday wear. It is not 100% non tarnish but regular handwashing should be fine. For longer lasting please try to avoid strong chemicals like laundry detergent, perfumes, sunscreen, scented lotions, body oils, household cleaners....etc. Sometimes body sweats can also make them tarnish quicker depending on each person. Even real gold requires to be carefully worn!

Does the picture reflect the actual item

All of our pictures are taken with extreme care and try to match the product we had on hand. If we run out of the beads/pendants/plated items we will reorder and once the new batch comes, it will vary a little bit because every batch is different. Depending on the humidity, climate of the time it was produced it will affect the product a little bit...maybe a little darker or a little lighter.

Why did my 18K Gold plated Ring, Earring arrived bent?

All of our 18K Gold/Silver plated items are made out of Brass or a Copper base. These are very soft metals. Even though it is a soft metal, it is still very durable. If your items did arrive bent, you can try to careful bent it back and it should look like normal again.
