It is chamomile flowers that are the most valuable because they contain a large amount of essential oil rich in vitamins and minerals. In flowers, apart from flavonoids and antiallergic substances, you can also find phytosterols, phenolic acids, spiroether, catechin tannins, polyacetylenes, choline, coumarin and mucilage compounds, and mineral salts. Due to such a rich composition, chamomile has many healing properties.
