Returns and exchange details

Buying something online can be hard sometimes! Especially clothing. But I don't want it to be. That's why Spynta accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your order please open your package and make sure everything arrived safely. If for some reason the item(s) was damaged or was not what you expected, I will happily accept an exchange or return. The item must have been purchased from Spynta on Etsy and must be returned in its original condition and unused. Please note: returns and exchanges are not accepted on CUSTOM items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We’re trying to ship your items as quickly as possible! All apparel is printed by hand and inventory levels vary by week. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days of purchase. Etsy provides estimated delivery dates on each listing. If you need expedited processing, please contact me before placing your order. Overseas orders have a higher risk of thievery. While unlikely, there have been a few cases where the package gets caught up in customs and it took longer to get there. This can be irritating, as I can imagine, waiting for your item to arrive. Please be patient as this situation is out of my control. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.

International shipping:

✦ Shipping time is added on top of processing time to get your estimated delivery date. ✦ Etsy provides estimated delivery dates on each listing and in your cart during checkout. ✦ You can select upgraded shipping options once your item is in your cart. ✦ All items ship from Kaunas, Lithuania (Europe Union). ✦ International orders ship via Priority Mail, unless you upgrade to Express Shipping. ✦ Depending on your location, it could take up to 5 weeks to receive your order, but my experience is that most orders arrive sooner. ✦ Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed by the Priority mail unless you select Express shipping.

Shipping addresses entered incorrectly

It is VERY important that you double check your shipping address during checkout. If for some reason the wrong address was used during checkout, please contact me immediately and I can make the correction. If items are shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered during checkout (including old addresses that are saved to your Etsy profile) Spynta is not responsible any loss or damage.

It is very important to us to ensure every customer is completely happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us. Please read the Store Policy before placing your order. And if you have any questions, contact me through conversations on Etsy. Put me as Favorite Store to return whenever you want. Thanks for visiting Spynta! :)
