Can you do a custom order?

Yes I can! Just message the name of the book and if you have a specific cover image in mind attach that also. I will set up a custom listing for you to purchase with all the details outlined. Custom orders start at $20 each and I will send you a link to your files within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I have it without the encyclopaedia page behind?

I'm afraid they are only available as mixed media pieces with the text behind. The page behind will be from a 1911 edition of Encyclopaedia Britannica and I always try to make it as applicable to the book as possible.

I'm having problems downloading my files.

When you purchased you should have been shown a download link as well as receiving an e-mail from Etsy with the link to download the files. Sometimes this email can fall in your junk folder so have a look there. Even if you can't find the email with the download link, you can always access your files in your purchases history as follows: -Go to the Etsy website and log into your Etsy account on your computer of device browser (NOT the Etsy app) -Click on the 'You' icon on the top right of your screen -Go to 'Purchases and Reviews' You should see your purchases listed and a download button to the right saying 'Download Files' -Click that Download Files button and download the files your purchased.
