Why is the actual product a slightly different color that what is online?

We use a professional light box with photography lighting for our photos. We also us a specialized Benq true color monitor for processing the pictures. However, if your monitor has different color settings or a lower color range, the colours you see online may be different from real life. This particularly affects orang and pink colours. This has always been a challenge for online sellers due to variances in equipment that the buyers may have.

There is a problem with my item, can I return it?

I've changed my mind, can I return an order?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reverse the route it takes. If you would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us to let us know, then return within 45 days for a full refund on the items price. We do not refund shipping charges, and if the item is not in it's original condition, you are responsible for the loss of value amount. We do not charge restocking fees. We do not accept any returns or cancellations on custom orders or digital products.
