Worldwide delivery is available on most of our items upon request, if your location is not listed in the delivery options please message me. I will check any postage restrictions for your country and send you a postage price. Then if you'd like to buy I will add your country to the delivery options for that item.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I will not lie on a customs and import declaration so please do not ask.

Delivery fees are automatically estimated according to Royal Mail prices determined by the size and weight of your parcel plus a nominal packaging cost per item. Sometimes postage is less than expected. In cased where postage cost on the day of dispatch turns out to be more than 50p less than estimated postage paid I will be happy to refund the difference (the 50p goes towards packaging).

Items are dispatched within 5 working days. It is our aim that UK purchases are received within 7 days and international purchases within 30 days of purchase, however, we cannot guarantee it.

As standard items are posted by Royal Mail Signed For for mainland UK addresses or International Tracked and Signed or International Signed for non-UK addresses where possible unless otherwise stated. If this service is unavailable in your area a similar equivalent service will be used.

Items will be dispatched to the address specified on the order. If you wish the item to be delivered to a friend or workplace, please ensure you supply the alternative address with your order.

You or someone else must be in to sign for your parcel. If an undelivered item is returned to me by Royal Mail you will have to pay delivery charges again to have the item redelivered. All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, so if an item has not arrived as expected it's always worth contacting your local sorting office.

Q: Do you post to Italy/Australia/my country?

Q: How do I know you have received my returned item?
A: All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your returned item has been processed you will be notified by email.

Q. Will you accept £xx for this item?
A: No. All items are is individually priced based on it's market value, the cost of sourcing it and the time and effort which has gone into preparing for sale. Please do not request discounts.

Q: Postage to the USA is really expensive, is this right?
A: Postage is based on Royal Mail postage prices for the estimated size and packed weight of your parcel. Unfortunately have no control over postage costs. If for any reason the paid postage comes to over 50p more than the shipping you paid during checkout I am happy to refund the difference.

This is the cheapest service to the USA from the standard UK mail service (Royal Mail). However, if you provide your state and zip code and I will get an alternative quote from a courier on request (mon-fri only).
