Is a commercial license included?

Personal and commercial licensing are included for physical items, but you cannot resell my graphics in any digital form. You may use them in any physical form including but not limited to printing, cutting, making t-shirts, cards, decorations, etc. You may use them in their original or modified state. YOU MAY NOT USE MY DESIGNS ON ANY PRINT ON DEMAND WEBSITES SUCH AS ZAZZLE, PRINTIFY, PRINTIFUL, AMAZON MERCH, AND OTHERS LIKE THEM. If you are using to sell for ANY digital item, whether modified or not, you may NOT use my graphics. PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY NOT RESELL OR SHARE THESE FILES IN ANY DIGITAL FORMAT. If you have any questions please ask!

Custom and personalized orders

At this time I am not taking any custom or personalized orders.

If I change my mind, can I return or exchange a purchase?

Due to the digital nature of the files I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are experiencing problems with your download I will help the best I can. I am "usually" available 9am-5pm MST Monday through Friday unless I am out of the office or on vacation. Messages will be responded to in the order they are received. I am not available on weekends or holidays.

I can't find my download. How do I unzip the ZIP file?

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. This is something I have no control over. Be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy. Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download will appear under past purchases. Once downloaded you have to unzip the ZIP file to access your designs. If you are using Windows, right click on the file and click "Extract all", choose where you want the files saved, and click ok. If you are using a Mac just double click on the zipped file and it will automatically unzip. Once the file is unzipped you can open it from within your design program.

My payment isn't processing.

This is another thing that Etsy controls and I do not. Your best solution is to contact Etsy customer service. Another way to verify if the order went through is to look on your Etsy account under "You" and then "Purchases and Reviews".

I can't find my SVG file.

Look in your folder for a HTML file. Sometimes a computer will rename the svg file to html but it is actually the svg file and works the same way.
