Custom Orders are not able to be exchanged or returned. Refunds allowed on a case by case basis to be determined by me. I do my absolute best to maintain open comminication and send picture updates on custom orders so anything can be changed before an item is shipped. Once you receive your item and if you are not satisfied please refer to my policies on contacting and we can go from there.

How long are custom listings reserved?
