I need my card sooner than the quoted delivery time

My card hasn't arrived yet

We're sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet - once items are passed to Royal Mail delivery can take up to 10 working days after the date of posting - Royal Mail do not class anything as lost until the full 10 working days have elapsed at which point we will replace your order - all delivery dates are Etsy estimates only based on Royal Mail's published delivery times

Can my card be sent direct to the recipient

Yes, that's no problem at all - please include the recipient's address with your order and we will dispatch direct to them - please note that this information must be provided at the time of order to ensure it is linked to the correct order - we cannot accept this information via Etsy message or e-mail

Can you print on the insert in my card

Yes, we can print a message for you inside your card - all messages will be centred and printed on the right hand side of the insert paper - your message must be left with your order, at the time of order - we cannot accept messages for inserts via Etsy message or e-mail

All letter size items are posted via 1st Class and large letters 2nd Class - upgrades are available at Checkout - you can upgrade to 1st Class, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery if you require your order to be delivered sooner - please note: upgrading postage means that your order will be delivered sooner via Royal Mail, not dispatched sooner than the quoted delivery time on the listing - we cannot control delivery times once dispatched

How is my order packaged

Your order will be packed and protected in a cello bag in either a board backed 'do not bend' envelope or A5/A4 box for items with raised decoration/presentation box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition - most items fit through a standard letterbox

Please contact us as soon as you realise you have made a mistake - if your order has not been dispatched we will do what we can to help - if your order has already left us unfortunately we cannot recall items and you will need to trace your order via Royal Mail
