Shipping issues...Wrong address or stolen upon delivery

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. you notice the mistake after placing order and we have not shipped it yet, we will update your address so please let us know right away. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Unfortunately, Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at our expense.

Custom and personalized orders

No personalized or custom orders are eligible for return unless we have made an error in order. Do not return any item to us without approval/agreement first. If both are in agreement for exchange or return, buyer accepts all responsibility for cost of shipping to and from. No refunds will be given on any shipping cost. Seller will be charged for returns/exchange a minimum of 10% as orders are made to order, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Some creations may not be custom but the color choices along with some sayings will not resell well for us so again, returns or even exchanges are limited in nature and unfortunately have to be case by case.

This is a detailed print of my original “January Carnation Birth Flower” gouache and watercolor painting. A thoughtful gift for someone with a January birthday, or maybe a mother expecting in January, or even a symbol to remind you of a special month (maybe the month you were married, baptized, etc).

Paper:

Giclee fine art print on 100% cotton paper with a matte finish. What's the difference? Giclee prints are about the best quality prints you can find. AND what's awesome about being printed on 100% cotton paper? There is a lovely watercolor texture and your print won't fade over time (most glossy prints will turn yellow in a few years). All prints are signed by the artist in the bottom right corner.

Shipping:

Print will be wrapped in a clear cello sleeve and mailed in a rigid mailer. Please allow me 3-7 days to drop your order at the post office. Please note that prints 16x20 and bigger will be shipped in a tube mailer.

Colors may vary due to monitor settings.
