What are your hours? Holiday Schedule?

Business hours: Monday–Friday 8am–4:00pm PST, subject to holiday closures. We are not in the office, nor do we answer emails after hours or over the weekend. However, the ETSY shop is always open for placing orders. Any order that is placed after hours will be processed once we are back in the office. Upcoming closures will be listed here:

When should I place my order? How does my order ship?

We ship Monday-Friday for delivery Tuesday-Saturday, except in rural areas where Saturday deliveries are unavailable. All orders are shipped using UPS overnight service with an ETA of 12:00pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. We have a cut-off time of 11am PST for same day shipping orders. We recommend you ask for delivery to be 1-2 days before your event. You can place an order up to 3 weeks ahead. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address for delivery. All our items are harvested the same day we ship your order. Your order is shipped in a cardboard box and packaged inside of an insulated bubble mailer with ice packs and paper to keep your order fresh and cool.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship out of state?

We only ship within the United States. For international customers: Please note we are no longer shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico. Check out our direct site to see if shipping is available to your area: www.gourmetsweetbotanicals.com.

Can I request specific colors?

Yes! You can request specific colors from our mixes, by typing your requests in the notes section of the order. The harvesting team will do their best to match the color requests with what is available. Please note if the color is not available, we will automatically send what is available.

How do I know if my order shipped?

Once we receive an order, we process it and update the ship date based off the customer's desired delivery date. Do not go based off what ETSY is showing as the delivery time, we ship according to your desired delivery date. We ship overnight for next day delivery, however, please keep in mind that shipping delays do occur from time to time. You will receive tracking notification by 5pm PST the night the order ships out. A tracking number will be provided for your records.

Our items are best used within 5 days of delivery, however, they have a refrigerated shelf life of 5-10 days (depending on varieties). We recommend to deliver 1-2 days before your date of usage so they are as fresh as possible. To retain and prolong the freshness of your items, please refrigerate your order immediately upon arrival. Store your order between 38º- 40º to retain the utmost flavor and freshness. Enjoy your purchase within five days for the best flavor. As with any type of produce, we recommend washing before use. If there are any quality issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
