The majority of our pieces are created in PLA (polilactic acid) which is a degradable plastic of vegetable origin. It may contain other degradable materials that respect the environment and are not harmful to health. They can be used in products for food use. Do not expose them to the Sun or to the continuous heat or to the extreme cold since they are deformed, for that reason it is not recommended either to wash them in a dishwasher or to boil them at a high temperature. They can be washed with warm water and non-corrosive products. They are products resistant to soft impact (except those that by design are less thick) and also to sweat.

The PLA is a thermoplastic filament of vegetable origin made of a polymer obtained from vegetable-derived sugars, such as corn starch, with physical properties similar to those of PET (used to make packaging), but which is also biodegradable. Due to its vegetal origin, it is respectful with the environment. Both metallic PLA and wooden PLA are also PLA with high added percentage. Even the PETG products on sale are recyclable. All our products are "eco-friendly", and come from recognized brands such as BQ, Anet, FFFWorld or FormFutura, among others. ** As any home made piece of art, those of Casiopea3D may have small imperfections or design flaws in their production, impossible to avoid.

Shipping and delivery guarantee

Shipments are made from Correos España in the most economical way, so that the buyer finds a good purchase. The cheapest mode is STANDARD shipping. If a package in Standard mode does not reach its destination in a reasonable time, we must consider that it "has been lost" along the way, since neither Correos España nor the destination Postal Service can do anything to locate it. The shipping method with delivery guarantee is CERTIFIED, for a few euros more. You also have the URGENT mode. And finally the modality URGENT + CERTIFICATE.

However, they are pieces of plastic printed in 3D, and sometimes they show minor flaws or imperfections that we can not avoid. We assure you that a piece that we would not like to use for us will never be sent. We ship all products all over the World. If you live outside of Europe it can take up to 20-70 days to receive your order. This is due mostly to the nature of customs. You may be responsible to contact with customs in your country to ensure delivery.
