Is this a physical product?

No. Every item is an instant digital download — your files are available right after payment is confirmed, in your Etsy account (Purchases and reviews → Download files).

Which files do I receive?

Each listing includes SVG, PNG (transparent, high resolution), EPS, PDF, DXF, AI and JPG versions of the design, zipped for easy download — exactly as shown on the listing images.

What can I make and sell with a design?

Your purchase includes our Limited License: physical products you produce and sell yourself (shirts, mugs, tumblers, decals, signs…), personal and commercial, up to 500 units per design.

Can I use the design with print-on-demand services?

Print-on-demand requires our Extended License — please message us before listing, we'll set you up. Uploading our files to POD or stock libraries as standalone designs is never allowed.

Can you customize a design for my team?

No — we don't offer custom or personalized orders. Every design is sold exactly as shown in the listing, as an instant digital download. We add new mascot and sports designs every week, so it's worth checking back — the design you're looking for may be on its way.

I have a problem with a file — what do I do?

Message us before leaving a review: digital items can't be returned, but if a file is corrupted or won't open in your software, we will fix it or replace it.

How do I download my files?

Your files are ready as soon as your payment is confirmed — nothing is shipped. Sign in to your Etsy account, go to Purchases and reviews, find your order, and click Download files. You can also use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Your designs come in a ZIP folder — just unzip it on your computer to use the files inside.

Are the designs compatible with Cricut and Silhouette?

Yes. The SVG cut files work with Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio, and every design also includes high-resolution PNG files for sublimation and print projects — plus EPS and PDF versions for other design software.
