We’ve chosen to ship our products using the DDU model (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that international customers may be asked (via email) to pay import duties ,via the carrier, prior to delivery. We believe this approach is the fairest and most transparent because: 1. You only pay the actual duty (+ handling fee) required by your country, not an inflated estimate 2. No hidden markups – we don’t build duties into our product prices.

What if I don't pay the import duties?

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means your country may charge import duties or taxes. If customs fees aren’t paid, the parcel will be marked undeliverable and the order will unfortunately be canceled without a refund.
