•After completing any custom requests for the prints I will email you the JPEG files to the email address you have used to purchase your order with and contact you via Etsy conversations to let you know your print is ready.

•Prints are printed on lovely smooth matte heavyweight paper.


》POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

•Tracking is included on all Prints sets sent within Australia

•Size A5 & A4 prints are sent flatpacked between rigid cardboard and wrapped before being placed in a mailing envelope.

•Size A3 & A2 prints are rolled and wrapped before being sent in a secure mailing tube.

》INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

***Please note at the moment due to COVID-19 there are currently delays on postage due to reduced flights and social distancing restrictions***

•Orders will be sent via STANDARD International Post

•To ensure protection during transit ALL sized prints sent Internationally are rolled and wrapped before being packaged within a secure mailing tube.
