When will my order ship?

Processing times are specific to each item in the shop, and are accessible in the Shipping information on each item listing. Most items are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. What is a business day? A business day is Monday through Friday. Processing time starts from NEXT business day after order is placed. (For example, if you order on Monday and it says 1-2 business days, your order will ship out between Tuesday - Wednesday).

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

I do! My wholesale pricing starts at 50 or more stickers of a single design. Send me a message if you're interested in a wholesale order.

Are your stickers waterproof?

I offer both matte (non-waterproof) stickers and waterproof (non-vinyl) stickers. The matte stickers are lower priced and only available in packs, while the waterproof stickers can be purchased individually. The matte stickers have the feel of normal printer paper, and the waterproof stickers have a smoother feel and more vibrant colors.

Does free standard shipping include tracking with my order?

For items with free standard shipping (stickers), tracking is not included. If you would like tracking with your order, please select "Standard Shipping w/ Tracking" at checkout for an additional fee.

What should I do if my order's tracking says "delivered," but I haven't received it?

If your package is listed as delivered, but missing, follow these steps: 1. Verify that the address you entered at checkout is correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order. 2. Check other doors/entrances, yards, and ask your neighbors. 3. Call your local post office to see if the package is there. If not, they should provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of delivery. 4. File a missing package claim with USPS. 5. File a missing package report with your local police station. Living Vertical is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as "delivered." Packages cannot be replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and USPS report for the missing package.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and usually arrive 2-5 days after they are shipped.

Stickers are shipped in a brown kraft paper envelope, using Pitney Bowes basic tracking option. The cost of shipping is $0.80 per order. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders totaling $35 or more.

If you would like USPS First Class Mail with more updated tracking, you may upgrade at checkout for an additional $4.00 per order.
