OMG do NOT purchase from this person. Using every excuse NOT to fix. False advertising too.

I did not give this customer any false excuses to NOT fix anything. She obviously did not read the description properly. I offered an easy way for her to rectify her problem but she did not even want to try it. There was no false advertising. She bombarded me with emails. I explained to her that I had just moved and was trying to work from my smartphone because I did not have internet on my computer and that was not good enough. Customer could not be made happy. Beware!
