Got my bag the other day and I absolutely LOVE IT! Alex did an incredible job on it. It's study, has plenty of pockets, and looks fantastic. This arrived in a timely manner. The construction is outstanding. I use this bag for short hikes because it can carry more than expected and I find more ergonomic than a daypack.

The item is as described looks great, but the downside is I have had it about two weeks and it is starting to pull apart at the bottom.... I have no clue why it really doesn't get banged around. I have notebooks pens markers and masks inside of it.. I carry it to work it hangs on a hook and then when I am in the field it is in the floorboard or passenger seat. I paid $99 for it so you expect it too last. I am assuming that it is the single stitching through out. maybe it should be double stitched at the stress points mine is pulling apart center bottom.

I am sorry there was a defect in your bag, it's rare but sometimes this may happen in handmade products , as my policy specify I can resolve the issue by fixing it or making a new bag. thank you
