Do you coil your hoops?

All hoops will be coiled to fit carrier shipping requirements. Max package size 20”x18”x2” for individual hoops. All hoop orders come with directions and links for tutorials. How do you measure a hoop?

All hoops are measured using Outer Diameter to Outer Diameter. (OD). If you would like us to use inner diameter measurements (ID) then please indicate so in the comments section at checkout.

Where’s my package?/Arrived Damaged

If your package hasn’t arrived more than 5 days from the tracking number’s estimated delivery date we have a quick way to fix it! Luckily orders under $250 are covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection Program, so neither of us is going to be put in a tough spot here. The first step is opening this help request. Now we need to wait 48 hours until you're able to escalate the case. Next, you'll click that button, select "item not received," and get a refund quite quickly. After that, you can either wait it out and hope you receive your original shipment for free, or place a new order and I'll dispatch it ASAP.

This new grip tape is an alternative to the 3M grip tape. (If you’re looking for 3M, look up the 3M class action lawsuit for details on why we stopped selling it.)

It will not get snagged in your hair like the 3M series and provides just enough grip for your polypro and hdpe hoops, or for on-body multiples. It is very thin, thinner than the 3M grip tape and has a peel off liner.

Tips for application: The best way to apply it is to a hoop that is very clean, best if it is wiped down with alcohol clean, so that the adhesive will stick, if there is any oil or residue or dust, it will cause the tape to come off. Please apply the grip tape loosely, and pat it down firmly, making sure it will lay down against the contour of the hoop. Grip tape that is applied too tightly will fall off, so don’t stretch it!
