GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKING

*All items are packed in an elegant jewelry box and ready to give as a gift. If you would like us to send the jewelry directly to the recipient, all you need to do is to put down the recipient’s address as the shipping address (instead of your own address). *If you want to include a note, No problem! On the check out page, click the box that says "This order is a gift" and then "Add gift message for free", then type your message in the box. We will include your note with the package - free of charge. *I normally put all jewelry in one box (complimentary) unless customers ask to put jewelry in separated boxes. However, if you need more than one box, you will need to pay $2 per box.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, as such we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. **There will be $2 per item for re-stocking fee.

We gladly accept exchange for other sizes. Customers need to return the jewelry in their original condition at own expenses. There will be $5 for re-shipping fee.

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement packages or offer a refund if the package was returned for the following reasons: 1. The address provided by you was not correct. 2. The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

tracking international orders:
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery.
