When I first saw this item I was very disappointed just a thin strip of leather and a few odds and ends to put it together in unimpressive packaging I tossed it to one side, a couple of days later I picked it up and put it together and it didn’t seem too bad and I will use it until I find something nearer to what I wanted. Customer service and description on Etsy…sadly lacking.

He claimed to have received the wrong item and asked for a refund. I apologized right away and politely asked for a photo of the item because if the wrong item was indeed sent, I will gladly issue a full refund immediately. He refused to sent the photo and kept sending me insulting messages instead. I contacted Etsy support, and they classified his messages as harassment, advising me not to respond further as I have provided sufficient information. Had he wanted the refund, he could have sent a photo and received it promptly, but he never sent one. It’s good to finally know that you have got the right item after all. Thank you so much for your feedback. We will try our best to come up with product description that is easier to understand to ensure better clarity. Have a wonderful day.
