Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to accept custom or personalized request. A variety of metals are available for custom orders, including Sterling Silver, Gold, Niobium, titanium and more. Please message us with any questions you have about your custom order. Please note that custom orders are non returnable or refundable. Engraving orders can not be returned or canceled due to the highly personalized nature of Engraving.

We are happy to resize most of our designs upon request, if you don't see your size available. Please note that due to the nature of some of our chainmail designs, certain specific sizes may not be possible. Please message us for more info about sizing.

Lifetime cleaning comes with your purchase! Just ship your item back to us with a prepaid return envelope and we will get it cleaned up just like new, and also check for any need for repair (which is optional, and will be quoted to you at time of cleaning should you choose to have the repair made). At home jewelry care can be done with simple soap and water. Make sure to lather your piece well and pat thoroughly dry after cleaning.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Giving your purchase as a gift? Awesome! Let us know you would like your items boxed as a gift or gift wrapped. We also are happy to provide a gift note. Simply tell us what you would like it to say! All purchases are sent in a discreet mailer with no indication of the contents (exception: International Orders. See Below). Your privacy is our utmost concern.

International Package Content Declarations

All of our items come in discreet packaging with general declarations for customs. Nipple Jewelry will be declared as "Charms" or "Chain". Collars are declared as "Necklace". Cuffs and other sensitive purchases will be Declared as "Bracelet". Your privacy is our greatest concern. We will always ship discreetly.

E-checks through Paypal may take 5-7 business days to clear and may delay shipping of your purchase. Shipment will not occur until the payment has fully cleared. I apologize for any inconvenience!

Please note that non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

My package with USPS is lost, can you find it?

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic USPS is incredibly backed up and lacking staffing. Many of their systems that previously functioned well, like Package Location, no longer function. I only have access to the tracking information provided on the USPS website or by clicking 'Tracking' on your Etsy order. At this time I recommend purchasing Fedex Shipping, as it has been faster and more reliable. Should you choose to use USPS, please know that your package will be delayed. Delayed (or lost) packages will not be eligible for refund, so it is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase 3rd party shipping insurance with a company like UPIC. This will ensure you can recover the value of a lost package.

I had to pay a Customs/Duty/VAT fee for my International package. Will you reimburse me?

All import taxes, customs fees, duty fees, VAT fees, or other fees related to import of goods are charged by your government. These fees are not including in the shipping charge you may have paid at purchase, and are not reimbursed by Serenity in Chains. You will need to pay any import fees requested by your government to the department listed on the request. Often, this fee must be paid for your package to be released for delivery. Please note that packages refused due to this will not be eligible for refund. If you have questions about import fees, please contact your local postal office.
