All U.K. orders are dispatched 2nd class (unless express shipping is selected). Typically orders take between 2-4 days to arrive once dispatched but this can take longer during busy periods like Christmas.

All international orders are dispatched with Royal Mail standard and untracked delivery (unless expedited shipping is selected). Typically for instance orders to the US take around 2-3 weeks to arrive, but this can take longer during busy periods like Christmas.

All orders are sent without tracking (unless this is purchased as part of express shipping). Tracking is costly, on low cost items it can be more than the product itself. Please be assured your order will be delivered at the same speed as it would be with tracking.

Almost all acrylic that I send out will have a protective film on it to prevent scratches during transportation and storage. There will be an instruction card included to indicate if you have a film and what part of the acrylic it's on. It's super simple - just peel it off and the true finish of your acrylic will appear!
