Returns/Exchanges/Shipping Damage

All items are created just for you! Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We pack orders carefully and securely, however, in the event that your item is damaged upon arrival please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery to let us know. Please send photos to us showing the damage or defect. We will work with you to send out a replacement item.

We work to ship out all of our orders as fast as possible. The times listed for production are estimations only. Items may ship much faster than what is listed. If there are any delays, we will reach out to you right away to let you know. If you have a question regarding your shipping time, please be sure to reach out to us.

What if my mailing address is incorrect on my order?

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible if a package is sent to an incorrect address. However, if you notice an incorrect address was submitted please contact us right away. We can edit the shipping address before your item is sent out.

Tracking says my package was delivered but I cannot locate it.

We ship all of our packages USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are provided and can verify if your item was delivered. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a correct mailing address with their orders and also a secure location for USPS to deliver your package. Once and item is in the hands of USPS, it is out of our control. If a package is delivered but you cannot locate it, we can provide steps/recommendations that you can take to try to resolve the issue (including contacting your local post office).

What if my package has not arrived and is lost in the mail?

We keep track of all of our outgoing shipments. Please reach out to us if you have a concern or if your item has not arrived in your expected time frame. We can look into it to see where it may be held up. Please understand that during the holidays, packages may take longer to arrive than usual. If an item is truly lost in the mail we will work with you to get you a replacement.

We absolutely can do custom orders! Please message us privately with what you are interested in. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS

The end of the year is a very busy time for USPS and other carriers. Please understand that package arrival dates are only estimates provided by Etsy and USPS. There may be carrier delays that are out of our shops control. Please order early and upgrade your shipping as preferred. Note that even with upgraded shipping, delays can occur. As a shop, we work to get items out as soon as possible to our customers.

The Wisconsin Sweatshirt is printed on a Crewneck that is made of 50/50 cotton and polyester. We offer various colors when ordering. Please note that colors may appear slightly different on monitors or with different lighting. Please contact us if you are looking for something different, and we would be happy to accommodate!

SIZING:
These sweatshirts are unisex sizing. We have included the sizing chart for reference. If you are looking for a more fitted sweatshirt, please order a size down. Otherwise we recommend ordering your true size.

ORDERING:
When ordering, please list whether you would like white or black font. If you do not list a preference, we will choose our favorite. We recommend white font on most color options and then black on the white or it can also work on very light colors.

SHIPPING:
We offer complimentary shipping first class mail. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please do so at checkout. However, note that upgrading shipping will not change our production time. We do try to ship out as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us with questions on your shipping times.

CARE:
The sweatshirt is best cared for if it is washed in cold water on a delicate cycle (inside out). You can also handwash the sweatshirt. Please hang dry for best results or dry on low heat (inside out). High quality heat transfer vinyl is used. Do not iron directly on the design.
