My package never showed up/hasn't arrived, can I have a refund/replacement etc.

Please contact us with any delivery issues, please note we are not responsible for packages that have an incorrect address provided, additionally we are not responsible for packages still marked in transit before every inquiry avenue with the USPS has been exhausted. Please contact your local post office for mis-delivery issue before contacting us.

I placed an order already that has not shipped, can I add to it?

We are more than happy to combine orders but please contact us prior to placing your second order. We cannot guarantee orders will ship together if you do not contact us beforehand.

Can I return items from my order?

We accept returns for an item price refund, we do not refund postage costs or provide return shipping. Excessive returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

When will my order ship?

We maintain a 24-48 hr turnaround time for packing orders, drop-off at the post office will be the following day but tracking can take anywhere from 24 to 48 additional hours to update.

Can you overnight this to me?

We do not provide overnight shipping as an option, if you need your package sooner please contact us prior to purchasing.

My address is wrong, can you cancel?

As long as the package has not shipped we can update an address for you, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
