What buyers say, summarized by AI: Helpful seller Fast shipping Love it
really great service and speed
I needed this print in a very short period of time and they were so very helpful! Great communication and managed to finish it before the deadline I pressed upon them. I'm really appreciative and would recommend this shop to everyone.
The product came out nice, however the reason for my 1 star review is the slow response from Twisha - the owner. Even though I mentioned that I needed the photo for my anniversary and kept following up with her, it seemed that Twisha didn’t want to help or support her customer. She didn’t respond me for a whole day and finally sent my photo after 2 days which already passed my anniversary date. I didn’t have a good experience with this seller, so highly recommend that you should go to another seller for better experience. Update: Twisha was really kind to offer me a refund as I didn’t get the product in time. The product was really nice honestly and even though it arrived late, my husband loved it. Thank you for great service Twisha.
She was so kind and helpful. I got my picture by the next day! So quick. I would definitely order again and recommend.
